Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of M45 Automotive's services and website. By scheduling or receiving services, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Service Authorization

By authorizing repairs or maintenance, you grant M45 Automotive permission to perform the agreed-upon services on your vehicle. We will contact you for approval before performing any work beyond the original estimate. No additional work will be performed without your explicit consent.

2. Estimates & Pricing

Written estimates are provided upon request and are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Final charges may vary from estimates if additional issues are discovered during the repair process. You will be contacted and given the opportunity to approve or decline any additional work before it is performed.

• Diagnostic fees may apply and will be disclosed prior to inspection.
• Parts prices are subject to supplier availability and may change.
• Labor rates are posted at our facility and available upon request.

3. Warranty

M45 Automotive provides a 2-year / 24,000-mile warranty on parts and labor for qualifying repairs performed at our facility. This warranty covers defects in workmanship and parts supplied by M45 Automotive under normal use conditions.

This warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by accidents, misuse, or neglect
• Normal wear and tear items (brake pads, tires, filters, belts under normal wear)
• Damage caused by the use of non-approved aftermarket parts installed elsewhere
• Pre-existing conditions not related to our service
• Customer-supplied parts

To make a warranty claim, return the vehicle to M45 Automotive with the original repair order. Warranty repairs must be authorized by M45 Automotive management before work begins.

4. Vehicle Storage

Vehicles left at our facility for more than 48 hours after service completion may be subject to storage fees. M45 Automotive is not responsible for items left in vehicles. Please remove all valuables before dropping off your vehicle.

5. Payment

Payment is due in full upon completion of services. We accept cash, major credit cards, and debit cards. For large repairs, payment arrangements may be discussed in advance. M45 Automotive reserves the right to retain possession of a vehicle until payment is received in full.

6. Loaner Vehicles

Loaner vehicles are available on a limited, first-come basis and are subject to availability. Use of a loaner vehicle requires a valid driver's license, proof of insurance, and execution of a loaner vehicle agreement. Loaners must be returned with the same fuel level and in the same condition as received.

7. Limitation of Liability

M45 Automotive's liability is limited to the cost of the original repair. We are not liable for consequential, incidental, or indirect damages arising from vehicle service or repair. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved in Placer County, California.
