What is your service area?
We are located in Auburn and are happy to service customers from the surrounding areas, including Grass Valley, Rocklin, Roseville, and Truckee.
Do you offer a shuttle service?
Yes. We understand that car problems happen at inconvenient times and that you might need a service in the middle of your work day. We always do our best to accommodate customers’ needs.
If you need to drop off your car at our shop, but also need a ride home or back to work, we can help you! Please just give us a call ahead of time, so we can make sure to have the shuttle vehicle ready.
I need help today. What can you do for me?
We offer same-day services! We believe in maintaining an efficient and busy schedule, but we also know the importance of helping customers quickly. Some services can be completed on the same day—and in these circumstances, we will do everything we can to get your car back to you in a timely manner.
Rest assured, if you have an appointment, your service will not get pushed back because of someone else’s bad fortune. We will give you an estimated time of completion when we have a diagnosis and assess our current workload, parts needed, and labor needed.
